After placing your order you'll receive a confirmation SMS/email. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express and Same-Day options also available.

🔄 How do subscriptions work?

Choose your product, select "Subscribe & Save", pick a frequency and checkout. You'll be billed and delivered automatically every cycle. Save 12% every order!

↩️ What is the return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your pet doesn't love it, contact us and we'll arrange a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

🐾 Which formula is right for my pet?

Our team includes certified pet nutritionists. Send us your pet's age, breed and any health conditions and we'll recommend the perfect formula.

🎁 Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! Orders of 10+ bags get an additional 5% off. Contact us for wholesale pricing for vet clinics and pet shops.
