1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order on PetFood4U (operated by Kranna Pet Food Ltd.), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our website and services.

2. Account Registration & Security

To place orders or manage monthly pet food subscriptions, you may be required to register an account:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal and delivery details.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and restricting access to your account.
• You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities and orders placed under your account credentials.
• PetFood4U reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in fraudulent activities.

3. Products, Specifications & Pricing

• Pricing Currency: All prices listed on PetFood4U are denominated in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs. / LKR) and include applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. In the rare event an ordered item becomes out of stock, we will notify you immediately to arrange a replacement or full refund.
• Formula Tolerances: While we strive for absolute consistency, natural ingredient variations (such as seasonal color shifts in wholesome grains or meats) may occur without compromising nutrition.

4. Orders & Checkout

When you place an order on our website, it represents an offer to purchase the specified items under these terms:

• Order acceptance occurs when we send an electronic order confirmation and invoice to your registered email or phone number.
• You may modify or cancel an order free of charge prior to its dispatch from our Colombo warehouse by contacting our WhatsApp support. Once an order is handed over to the courier, standard return rules apply.

5. Payment Terms & Options

We support multiple payment methods for your convenience across Sri Lanka:

• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard payments are processed securely via SSL-encrypted gateways (PayHere & Stripe).
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment in cash is due to the courier agent upon parcel delivery.
• Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfer to our Commercial Bank / HNB accounts (receipt upload required for dispatch).
• Koko Buy Now Pay Later: Split your total into 3 monthly interest-free payments subject to Koko user approval.

6. Delivery & Shipping Policy

PetFood4U provides doorstep courier delivery across all 25 districts of Sri Lanka:

• Free Delivery Threshold: Free delivery applies automatically to all orders over Rs. 3,000. Orders below Rs. 3,000 incur a flat shipping fee of Rs. 350.
• Delivery Times: Colombo & Suburbs: 24–48 hours; Outstation (Kandy, Galle, Jaffna, etc.): 2–4 business days.
• Delivery Liability: Risk of loss transfers to the customer once delivered to the specified shipping address.

7. Returns & Cancellation Policy

All purchases are protected under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Sealed products in original packaging returned within 30 days qualify for full refunds, bank reversals, or exchange credits. Refer to our dedicated Return Policy page for step-by-step instructions.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on this website — including brand logos, graphics, text, recipe formulas, product photos, software code, and UI design — is the exclusive intellectual property of PetFood4U (Kranna Pet Food Ltd.) and protected under Sri Lankan and international copyright and trademark laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or redistribution of site content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability & Veterinary Disclaimer

Veterinary Advice Disclaimer: Information, dietary recommendations, and feeding guides on PetFood4U are provided for general educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional veterinary advice or diagnosis. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for specific medical conditions, prescription diets, or severe pet health concerns.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Sri Lankan law, PetFood4U's total liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of PetFood4U services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
